But if it is "continuous", then isn't it a manifold? I think that I am only capable of thinking of things that are a manifold. For I can't even imagine, even abstractly, of a mathematical description of a thing where unions and intersection of it are not part of it too? That doesn't make sense; that's illogical by definition, isn't it? Your comments are always welcome.
