What is wrong with the superstring theory Forum?

Hello guys, if anyone can indeed read this, Happy New Year!
There seems to be something wrong with the forum. This is the only board I have been able to post. I cannot see the index on most of the boards. It seems some of them have been locked since october. Is this correct or there is something wrong with my browser?
