String with ZERO Vertices iff Circle with NO Exteriors.

Proof:-

2) Given:-

String (e.g. Line) with ZERO Vertices --> F = 1 & E = 1, and

Circle with NO Exteriors -- > F = 1 & E = 1...

i.e. String (e.g. Line) with ZERO Vertices iff Circle with NO Exteriors.

This completes the proof.
