Th self focussing mechanism reflects the interpretation of Gravitational lensing is obsessed and bias,it is the surrounding electromagnetic properties of the atmosphere around celestial bodies which produces dispersion causing the red or blue shifts,nothing to do with gravitation of th celestial body,since Photon is unaffected by their gravity.Even the Blackhols would have difficulties to gobble or attract a photon in many cases(the Thermodynamics and Enthropy shows if the blackhole gkeep gobbling photond their belley would burst,unless it is a CHINEESE Budha statue)
In ignorons theory it is associated with high frequencies as some kind of Dark Matter,with unique and different ELECTROMAGNETIC PROPERTIES than our usual photon frequencies.And formation of photon from charge with spin 1/2 produces a boson with spin 1,which does not INTERACT WITH GRAVITY,at all.This property imprinted in photon can enable it to travel hughe distances without losing much of its energy unless it finds electromagnetic interactions in some kind of Matter which has their particles(atoms or Molecules with their energy levels)in resonance with photon frequencies
Luominiscence,flourescence,emission,and absorption,all are related to CHEMICAL RELAXATION TIMES and mechanism.
In space with Neptune or distance object,it might not be honest to predict because there are many factors one has to know before making projections of their meahanism.
The Ignorons are assumed to be omnipresence and even the celestial bodies(stars,etc.)are living submerged into their ocean of frequencies.So Gravitational Lensing is of not significance in this context.
The union of charge in unique circumstances with ignorons creates a PHOTON which is anti-gravity particle.(What happens during the union is some thing analogous to Meisner effects in which magnetic field is expelled,making levitation possible).
In Astronomy we meet many exaggerations in thinking related to persons involved and their emmotions.
For example if one gets drunk and gets hang over,then in the morning one starts seeing VARYING SPEED OF LIGHT(VSL).Ignorons did come out of that drinking or hang over.They are result of many years of research asking the questions which persisted in quantum Field Theory.
