The W+ and W- electroweak bosons are antiparticles of each other, and they both carry the weak force from one fermion or antifermion to another.

Gluons each carry a color charge and an anticolor charge (not the same color). I suppose their antigluons carry the opposite combinations. They carry the color force to charged and anticharged fermions and to each other and what happen is determined by the color algebra: color plus anti the same color cancels, color plus other color yields anti third color.
