There never been any plan to deploy or make star war weapons since I had been guiding Regan and his administration from behind the scenes,while being in Madison,Wisconsin.The satellite communication and soace ships,and stations played a role.Remember Ronald Regan might not have been alzehimer inflicted if he would not have undergone brain tumor sergery in Minneosota.George Bush never knew who was behind the policy architechture or author of "the blue print for peace".Clark,James Baker,Carlucci,et.al knew the SDI strategy since I was guiding their actions,Senator Kasten and Tommy Thompson were messengers from behind the scenes ,knowing notr exactly the nature of communication and its purpose.
