Not really, I'm not quite convinced that the forces are really at disparate strengths. I still believe the Strong force to be a general relativistic gravitation effect.

The Radial Particle perspective is totally fundamental. It doesn't reconcile well even with quantum mechanics that I can tell, because its scale is smaller. That is to say, radial particle effects give rise to quantum mechanical function, through geometrical evolution.
