Each Nation (UN's Member) has the Rights to specify
its Attire Standards which can be worn on a particular occasion, organisation or place within its boundary (e.g. Civil Service, Police, Military, School, Church, Religious ceremony, Public Performace, Seaside, National Park, Wonderland, etc.)
