Principia for the masses...?

I was studying the Cajori translation of Principia Mathematica last night, when I took notion to examine its copyright. The original date was 1934, renewed in 1962. It follows then, that the copyright ran its full 56 year opportunity course in 1990. No copyright now exists for the book.

Without fear of legal reprisal, should I then transcribe Principia to the 'Net?
