"General Relativity, it seems, can only account for 43 seconds of arc per century in the advance of Mercury's perahelion. It does not account for the 532 second of arc per century that was accounted for in the first place by Newtonian theory.

This subtlety was ignored for over 80 years and continues to be largely ignored.

The New Theory predicts that the perahelion advance of Mercury should be 532 + 43 seconds of arc per century which agrees with experiment."
