Dark Matter - Wouldn't contracted spacetime have gravitational attraction? There is a way it could be formed.

Spacetime within an event horizon and outside the singularity is infinately contracted (at least according to our physics). Shards of this stuff impinging on uncontracted spacetime containing matter would be attractive, wouldn't it? And infinately contracted spacetime would not contain mass either and then voila! Dark Matter!!!
