Tornados involved 2nd.Law of Thermodynamics,and I have worked out a few years ago my new theory which deals with Electrothermodynamics Phenomenon.There was no frame to post the new theory of mine.I had been trying to establish association for this for some research grant proposal with one physicist Dr.Daniel Sheehan at USD,San diego,but not been able to work out yet.
