Before ever getting to the top archive board, you must go to the one before(underneath) and then go back on your browser, and then put the current archive at top. At least this is what I have found and works everytime.

The archive board just placed can never be accessed directly, and you must do what I have mentioned in order to gain access to the board. Hope makes sense.
