U(1) Describes a Probable State, Not which one?

What is a static position of the pendulum. Can it ever be at rest?

The value of all determinations rest in the value of that energy?

Why a point, and energy(information) is so important to undertand. All probabile pathways exist, and we know that it exists in energy determinations.

How do we tell that? Only after energy expresses itself? What is the missing mass?
