the "dreamer" had one overriding dream:

"i will be who nobody else can, and because of them i am."

any part of a matrix is of necessity what every other part taken to its totality will allow it to be within the matrix's totality. and if so, then chaos, or entropy, is arrested.

that we can have consciousness only means that the patterns of the dreamer are such that they can organize themselves in a way that its product is a living conscious being. if so, then all things within that "dream" are conscious at some level relative to where they are within the totality matrix.
