That the Human Eyes' light receptors can only 'sense' & detect

the Photons whithin the following EM Energy / Mass Range:-

From

Phi (i.e. Golden Ratio ~ 1.61803...) eV / ekg

to

pi (~ 3.14159...) eV / ekg...
