The ion is when you peel off the electrons to bare the nuclei naked!
Strategic Defence Initiative(SDI)and Nuclear Weapon Freeze Movemewnt,and Nuclear Disarmmament,resulted from the manuscript called :
"BLUE PRINT FOR PIECE"authored by Dr.syed Ameen(Ph.D.) which still remain in possession of the Swedish government( Interpol)and being circulated in foreign policy structuring since October,13,1980,when President Jimmy Carter(U.S.State Department,Intelligence agencies) and Swedish Government had covertly worked out a deal to get Dr.Ameen be secretively EXTRADITED from Sweden to USA without any court hearing ,against the violation of the International law!.
