Lanecove,who posted the questions,is known for asking rediculous questions the answers to which are obvious to scientist,but elusive to his intelligence surfaces!
Any way the word "Immeasureable" is found in any english dictionary,it means the same as it sounds.If one can assign a magnitude it becomes almost measureable.The optical spectroscopy has developed upto femtoseconds detections and talk about attoseconds theoretically.The nuclear phenomena lie in the atto or faster beyond that.
The bending of the Alpha particles which are helium nuclei(two protons and two neutrons),the further analyses gives this a many body problem which means the presence of the positron,electrons type particles associated with neutrons).The gamma rays(which are naked electrons,the only known foundamental particles)are like x-rays(a.k.a Cathode rays)which come from the inner shells of the atomic orbitals,while the gamma rays come from the nuclei,and thus are higher than x-rays in ENERGIES.
The FTL-ignorons captivate either of the liberated moving charged particle(e- s or e+ s )to create E.M.radiation.The mechanism of production of electromagnetic radiation has been described by Dr.syed Ameen's new theory of rediscovery photons as PHYSICS OF IGNORONS.see link(*).The ELCTRON is a single charge(fermion spin 1/2),while the alpha particle is a multiparticle assembly of four particles(2 protons + 2 neutrons),which has shortrange strong fields associated with them.Further more the presence of the neutrons(which are by themselves comprised of a proton,an electron and a pion(neutrino type particle)changes the geometrodynamics and topologies of electrodynamical factors,susceptible to external magnetic field.In case of electron(one particle system)the short range interaction is not there,as in x-rays.
That is what makes the difference in case of alpha particles and gamma rays in their different behaviours to interactions with external forces of electromagnetic interactions.
