I just want to be clear; from your point of view they're the same (apparent) paradox? By this I mean that if there's a satisfactory, non-FTL, explanation for one, then that should resolve the paradox with the other (and vice versa of course)?

I also want to be sure that a lab-sized experiment is good enough; that there's nothing in the paradox that only becomes 'paradoxical' at scales of 10⁵m or more.
