They are bosons. So they have spin 1 (1 angular planck constant that is, h_bar = h/2pi).

They have momentum and energy (though I REPEAT, NO MASS).
The momentum and energy are both proportional to their frequancy.

They can transfer momentum and energy via interactions with matter particles.
