tHE PROBLEM IS THAT pHOTONS HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED SPIN = 1.The spin 1/2 for leptonic particle is conventional, arbitraryly accepted condition, whose origin lies in Fermi Dirac and Bose Einstein statistics,in conjunction with the Pauli exclusion principle.Velocity of light is actually not velocity of light but its origin is connected to magnetic and electric fields denoted by permeability, dielectric consta and refractive index,it so happened that the ratio of magnetic permeability to dielectric had the dimensions of TIME.In electrodynamics the accelerating charges transform to electromagnetic radiations(example: cyclotron, synchrotron, bevatron etc.etc.)Theoretically there is no limit ,how great an acceleration could be attained by accelerating charges, like electron or proton or positron etc, however Dr.Einstein's conclusions set up the so called relativistic velocity as the upper most limit. There are many ways to prove that entities faster than C can exist, solar neutrinos are not the only example.
Now what is not clear is your statement that sppining at relativistic speed (c^2)produced spin half particle? The gyro magnetic ration which is related to the precesions also be considered. This means your statement is vague needs elaboration.Which macroscopic equation you used? And what particles were subjected to?Which statistic(Fermi-Dirac) or Bose-Einstein)you applied?
