If you want to produce two head on collisions with particles of like charge you have to have two linear or ring colliders with opposite magnetic fields. Since you first have to make the short-lived muons, the rings will be the only ones worth looking at. So, two rings, one inside the other with a crossover point with detectors where the two can be focused for the collisions. The hardest part will be making enough muons to do the job.
