In the book, The Quantum Mind, there is another dream of Einstein's where he is sliding down a snow mountain and then takes off into outerspace going at the speed of light. Later, Einstein said he was passing the planets, going faster than the speed of light.
Last night I considered how dreams are expressed in a Freudian sense, that is, they are in images (pictures) and such concepts as "either/or" would be difficult to be realized. Both sides of a condition could be pictured but lacking any connection between them and appearing to be equal in importance. Don't count Freud out when it comes to dreams--his book (Interpretation of Dreams) is still a classic.
