I have to add that in many of Einstein's "dreams", he was travelling at "c"--the speed of light, making observations in different frames of reference, a delusional expression of past, present and future time factors--that is, what appears in the past for one observer could appear to a different observer, as the future. I suppose that in a sense, there is no such thing as the present, we all are seeing only the past.
