I was a little confused at first but you donīt mean the d-sphere volume times the gamma function, but the (d-1) unit sphere area, right? Perhaps itīs just a matter of language. Obviously the "volume" of the d-ball with diameter 2R becomes VERY little relative to the volume of the d-cube, with sidelength 2R, at large dimensions. For d=10 itīs only about 0.25% (tiny!). /Coop
