I think people have been reluctant to answer because it's a little hard to address the question the way you posed it.

However, I'll take it that you're asking whether, in another dimension, all points in spacetime might be at a single point in this extra dimension.

Okay, forget about time for a second and just think about space, two dimensional space, like the surface of a piece of paper. There are mathematically more points on the sheet of paper than a single point. That's pretty obvious. However, think about the dimension coming out from the sheet. If the surface of the sheet itself is our world, all points in our world have a distance of zero in the direction out of the sheet. In this extra dimension not included in our world, all points in our universe lie at the point of zero distance.

However, this is why I mentioned the trivial statement above: It's mathematically true that you can't set up a geometry where all points in our 2d universe become a single point. They might all lie at one point in one of the dimensions, but they are many along the paper. Physicists might say that our universe would be "localized" in the direction out of the paper. A thickened sheet would have an extent along this direction and be somewhat "delocalized".
