At Planck length , Planck time is very fast,

The Planck unit of time is very short, true. But I don't see that time runs faster? Time runs at the same speed whether you measure it in microseconds or years. Of course there is the Lorentz time dilation in special relativity, but that doesn't seem to apply here. And time runs slower in gravity wells, but we are not talking about such conditions in ordinary string theory.
