I think you are joking with us since quintessential is quite different from "Quintessence". The idea that primordial black holes lie at the center of most galaxies is far from new. I even included it in my posting that included 'Chapter Nine - Creation' from my book on ultrawaves back in Black Holes VI. They will be the first black holes created from the first stars, which were very large due to the density of the matter present in the early universe.
