Solar maximum- BH maximum

i have been wondering about the solar magnetic shift that is like clockwork every 11-12 years.
I have been thinking that "IF" a black hole has a magnetic shift or a BH maximum, could that influence our solar system every 26.000 years? (I say 26.000 (L-)years as that is the distance to the alleged BH in the center of our Galaxy)

What do you think?
