It makes no difference to its size, whether the singularity of a BH consists of matter or energy. I would be interested to know, why there exists no theorem saying: Singularities and point like particles make physically no sense, because nothing below Planck lenght can be physically defined. Therefore I still would prefere Black Holes with a Planck singulatity. But, as DickT pointed out previously, no theoretical background seems to exist here. Timm
