If we believe, the adverse effect, of the blackhole can become a sun, how is it we could have found the spontaneous, to have changed, and released energy, and maintained its balance, equilibrium?

Have we effectively remove the notion of a explosion, to have now understood that the balance in the universe, is one of contraction / expansion?
