General relativity has an account of what goes on inside black holes, it is called the "Kruskal Diagram". I'm sure you have seen one or another form of it. It's a trap for the unwary, because it's usually presented in conformal coordinates, which are not scale invariant. Mercator maps are conformal, and look what happens to Alaska and Greenland on them compared to what a globe shows. Similarly it doesn't look at all far to "spacelike infinity" on a Kruskal diagram. But assuming you can get your mind around that mere coordinate problem, the Kruskal diagam, with a good explanation, will give you an idea of what GR says goes on inside a spinning black hole.
