I want to emphasize again that in grad school, in contrast to undergraduate life, personalities can determine what you can do. Find out who the theoretical people are at the schools you are interested in and see what they are interested in. They mostly have websites these days listing their research interests. Then see what courses you can take in the rest of your undergraduate career that will make you valuable to the people you are interested in working with.
