I posted something last night, but obviously it went astray in the cyberspace. First, I want to study theoretical physics. Isn't that all math anyway? And my major is applied math already! So they are pretty close, right?! And it wouldn't make sense for me to take an elementary physics class as opposed to say topology or differential geometry which will also be counted towards my math degree! Another thing, are you saying that I am the only person with this problem! You mean nobody has ever attended an ivy league getting a graduate degree in something different from what their bachelors degree was in! Does that mean that all the people who go to elite schools are focused and decided right out of high school!? Well I wasn't! And that doesn't make much sense to me!
